At Mystic Meow & Co, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges

 • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any beauty or personal care products once they have been purchased.

• This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all customers. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within  days of delivery at mysticmeowco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at mysticmeowco@gmail.com.
